Clear rules for using Koshish as a government exam preparation workspace for planning, practice, revision, and account management.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Use the app for lawful preparation, practice, revision and account management. Do not misuse, scrape or attack the platform.
Google sign-in and OTP access should be protected. Do not share OTPs or account access with others.
Koshish recommendations can guide preparation, but official exam rules and dates must be verified from official sources.
Koshish is for exam aspirants. At sign-up you attest an age band ('18 or older', or 'under 18 with a parent or guardian') and accept the version of these Terms then in force; we record that acceptance but do not verify your date of birth. If you are under 18, use Koshish with a parent or guardian's guidance, and confirm you may accept these terms under the law that applies to you.
You may access, export, correct, or delete your personal data from Profile → Security (Download your data / Delete account). You may also raise a grievance in the in-app grievance form, or via the contact published in the Privacy Policy.
Koshish runs on cloud infrastructure we manage and does not, by default, commit to storing your account and learning data in any particular country. Institutional plans may agree specific data-residency terms in writing. We never sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Koshish may update these Terms when features change, and each account records the Terms version it accepted. Students should review the latest version before continuing.
Using Koshish means using the product for study planning, practice, revision, and account management.
Question content, plans, notes, and app recommendations are learning aids, not official exam notices.
Any suspicious access, scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls may lead to account restrictions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.
