Is the trial really free?
We do not publish self-serve trial terms yet. Institutional onboarding is arranged directly with our team so we can size it to your batches and your exam mix — contact us and we will agree a trial scope in writing before anything is set up.
Can we use our own question bank?
Not today. Your students practise from Koshish's verified bank, filtered to the exams and topics you select. Institution-owned question banks are on the roadmap but not yet available, so there is currently no import step.
Do you support sections and negative marking?
Not yet — we do not claim them. There are no test sections and no configurable negative-marking ratio in the institutional product today. Practice scoring for students follows the platform bank, which carries the marking rules of the exam it came from. Both are on the roadmap.
What about anti-cheat?
Honestly: not yet. We do not currently offer server-authoritative timing, webcam proctoring, IP lock, or device fingerprinting, and we would rather tell you that plainly than imply protections that do not exist. Institution-owned assessments are on the roadmap.
How are parents notified?
There is no parent portal and no direct parent messaging. Announcements go to your students (in-app and by email), and reports are exported from the portal for your team to share however you prefer. We do not send WhatsApp or SMS. A parent-facing view is on the roadmap.
Can we cancel anytime?
Plans run on fixed terms — a charge only happens when you initiate one, and no renewal is automatic. Cancellation or refund requests are handled individually through the tracked contact or grievance flow.
