Something wrong with your privacy, your account, or how we handled your data? Tell us — every complaint is logged with a reference code and tracked to a decision.
A Grievance Officer has not been appointed yet, so we will not print an unverified name. Complaints filed through the form below are still logged, acknowledged and tracked to a decision.
Sign in and open the grievance form (Profile → Help, or /grievance directly). Pick a category — privacy, account deletion, data export, content, billing, security or something else — and describe the issue. You immediately receive a reference code (format KSH-XXXXXX); keep it, it is how we trace your complaint.
Every complaint is logged and acknowledged at submission time. Koshish targets a resolution decision within 30 days of the acknowledgement date, as required under the DPDP Rules; the acknowledgement you receive shows your specific due date.
Requests about access, correction, a full data export (Profile → Download your data) or deletion (Profile → Delete account) can also be made directly in the app. A parent or guardian may file a grievance about a minor's account through the same form.
Sign in and open the grievance form (/grievance). It records your complaint, provides a tracking reference, and shows the resolution due date. If you cannot use the app, the published Grievance Officer contact is the alternative route; Koshish does not print an unverified email address.

This panel mirrors the officer recorded on each complaint server-side (GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME / GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_EMAIL). Until an officer is appointed, complaints are still logged, acknowledged and decided on the same timeline.
